I know Andrew designs award-winning buildings in a world-renowned architectural firm so we were really thankful that he spent time looking at the plans of our first home, a little 1960’s villa. Our place was really dated and we didn’t know how to fix it up but Andrew suggested changes that made it modern, functional, and good-looking. We closed off some spaces and opened other spaces (which improved the flow of the home), and added a wall here and there (which gave us a study nook).
